Good evening everyone and I welcome you to the first day of the miss nairaland 2016 interview.

It has been our custom since last year to know much about the intellect of our beautiful ladies and this evening, we shall interview three pretty ladies who have what it takes to be a champion in the forthcoming competition and they are;

Eurydice, Diasyluv and Optional1

Clap! Clap!! Clap!!!

The interview will last for 2 hours and for the first 1hour, It is not expected that nobody during the course of the interview when the host is asking questions to comment because this will cause distraction and interruption.

Failure to comply by the above rule, such monikers will be sanction by our amicable moderator who will on the watch during the first 1hour of the interview.

Once the floor is declare open, you can ask/air your questions to our contestants (guests).

I am still wondering why National Population Census have not start up till now since popuplation census is every 10years,
the last Census was 2006.

Why haven't the National Population Commission (NPC) says any thing yet about the commencement of the exercise or is the head counting not holding this year as planned?

Please those anyone have any idea why the census wont hold this year.

Almost 1.5 million people have been reported to be diagnosed with cancer in 2015. Most people become aware of the health diet and care about what kinds of food we should eat or avoid. Here we compile 6 food that you eat every day may cause cancer.
1. Canned Tomatoes
Canned foods are lined with the chemical substance called bisphenol-A, or BPA, which has been proved to affect the genes work inside the brain of rats by NAS. Tomatoes are exceptionally high in acidity, which is the cause of absorbing BPA from the lining of the can into tomatoes themselves. Be safe and cook fresh if you like tomatoes.

2. Farmed Salmon
Although fish is a possible healthy food, farmed salmon is one you should avoid. These fish live in very crowded conditions which result in having 30 times the number of sea lice than wild salmon. To look reddish pink, they are even fed chemicals. Also, they contain less omega-3 but high levels of PCB’s, mercury, and cancer-causing dioxins. Try to avoid it and choose canned ones or make sure you are buying wild fish.



3. Processed Meats
When making processed meats like sausages, hot dogs, bacon, excessive salts and chemicals that are used that are harmful to your health. They contain a lot of chemicals including sodium nitrates, which make them look appealing and fresh but are well-known carcinogens



4. Microwave Popcorn
You may not regard it as dangerous, but it does. The microwave popcorn bags are lined with a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid ( PFOA). Exposure to PFOA will increase your risk kidney, bladder, liver, pancreas and testicular cancers. When making popcorn, manufacturers use soybean oil (a GMO product) and various preservatives like propyl gallate, a chemical that may cause stomach problems and skin rashes.


5. Potato Chips
Potato chips are high in both fat and calories which cause obesity and even high blood pressure. It has been studied that eating just 1 ounce of potato chips per day caused an average 2-pound weight gain. To make it taste great, manufacturers add numerous preservatives. What's more, the high process temperature causes to make a carcinogen called acrylamide.

6. Hydrogenated oils
Hydrogenated oils are vegetable oils that that must be chemically removed from their source and frequently deodorized as well as colored to look appealing. All vegetable oils are high in Omega–6 fatty acids which may cause heart disease and various cancers, especially skin cancer. Try to get Omega 3 every day to keep a good balance by intaking grass fed meats, also fatty fish

9. Amanda Bynes, she was arrested a few times for Dul and she admitted she used weed and some prescribed drugs. After shw was institutionalized foe some time, she seemed fine. Undortunately she went back to rehab after her lates collapse.



10. Steven Tyler, Aerosmith lead singer admits that he was in the right place at the right time to experience everything rock and roll had to offer him: women, drugs and a lot of alcohol.
Steven says he was getting high when he was 16, and he did all kinds of drugs afterwards.
According to him, every new day is a new battle to stay sober.


11. Whitney Houston.
Late star Whitney with the voice of an angel, she was unfortunately also known for her drugs abuse. Her only daughter also die with the issue of drug abuse.
Whitney was allegedly using crack cocaine and she drank a lot of alcohol.


12. Kate Moss, she was always famous for loving to party, but sometimes she would just arty too much. Alcohol, heroin and cigarrettes have done their art and today Kate looks a little but older than she really is.
You can see how big is the difference between how her skin glowed before and how she looks now.

5. Robert Downey Junior was actually introduced to drugs by his own father. Can you imagin that?
When Robery was still a teenager, his father gave him a joint.
Later, when famous Iron Man actor became older, he decided to try everything litereally, everything.
He was arrested a few times for possession of drugs and weapon. Robert admits that he's recovery from drugs was an awful experience.


6. Fergie also had her share of drugs battling. Black Eyed Peas singer admitted that she used ecstasy at parties, which after that led her to doing something more serious. 'I got into a scene I started going out and taking ecstasy from ecstasy it went to crystal meth' she told Oprah.
Fergie is not proud of her addiction, but she is not afraid to speak about it. She said that she went through some really tought times back then and that God saved her life.

7. Matthew Perry was addicted to Opium drugs, alcohol and amphetamines for years. Today he is clean and he is openly fighting for drug awareness. We are happy for him, but we are also kind of sad to see how much our favorite funny guy from the 90s changed. Once again, the effect of drugs is very clear, and it stays forever.



8. Courtney Love admitted that she used drugs before. She said she use all kinds od drugs, including prescribed ones and alcohol combined. The lead singer of The Hole and Kurt Cobain's wife says that she got off drugs, but her face transformed a lot during the years.that's the thing with drugs, you are probably feeling great while using them, but the consequences are jusr too big, so it's better to stay off them.

It was quite shocking to see that little blond girl shavring her head in front of everyone.
According to some sources, Britney was on Cystal meth and prescrition drups.

Today she is clean, although you can see the difference in her before and after drugs.



2. Pamela Anderson
Pamela said that she was molested and raped when she was just a teen which later led to some bad choices in her life.
The iconic blond admits using cocaine for years. She also admits that that kind of behavoiur made it hard for her to be close with her kids.
Today Pam is closer with her family that ever and she is dealing with her demon drug free.



3. Tara Reid

Tara Reid is one of the symbols of romantic comdies from the 90s. We all remember her as a pretty, smart and hot young actress. Unfortunately, Tare loved to party a little too much, so she go use to alcohol and drug abuse.
Today, Tara is extremely skinney, to tanned (which is unusual, but okey) and she really doesn't look good. We hope she quit all her vices.



4. Mischa Barton
Many of us loved Mischa Barton in The O.C but soon after she left the show, it seemed like Mischa was really living marissa cooper's life, all over again. She admitted that she struggled with drugs and alcohol abuse for years.
She partied all the time and she just wasn't ready for it. According to Mischa, there are many people who will make thing happen for you when you are famous, but she was too young for that kind of lifestyle.
