That's as long as peter is alive, the pillar of the church rest on him and not on nominal christain.....
Some specific people stand as the pillar of some churches...the moment they pass on and didn't hand over to the appropriate person, the pillar of such church collapse automatically....I'm sure you have attended different churches and nobody feels your impact but there are some people in these churches, you are attending that stands as a pillar to that church, the moment they leave and didn't hand over to the appropriate person, the church sinks immediately......
So, I believe with this little information, I have been to convince you and not confuse you that some pastors stand as the pillar of some churches that made such church to stand. Such pillars are not the same with nominal members and baby Christians...

Pastors should be specific and give more explanation to every word in the bible in the way they understand or in the way the spirit makes teaches them to understand, Daddy freeze has a point in the verse he gave, which say in all translation that, believers are not allowed to judge or criticize unbelievers/Gentiles but as a believer you are permitted to judge/criticise your fellow brethren in Christ who aren't walking in the way of light .

That is letting them know that their actions don't sync with christ, letting them know of their flaws, that is because you can't see your follow brethren walking in the path of darkness , and act like it doesn't matter or cocern you , we have to show the love of Christ to believers and also to unbelievers .

Would you see a pastor with charm at night and still keep silent cos you don't want to criticize the pastor? all because you didn't get the main insight of the word of God, No, you will have to speak up as a believer so you can liberate your fellow brethren from getting mislead by those so called pastors that claim to be men of God. God is light, We are light so we have to spread the light.

Let's read and meditate on the Bible in all translation and direction so we won't fall off.

Lemme ask you a question....do you criticize or. judge your lecturer in school or you correct them? Do you set an exam for your lecturer in school or they set an exam for you....?
Do you judge your mechanic or you watch him fixing your car for you...

Have you seen where a Lance Corporal is Criticizing or Judging an Army Major or Major-General ? Or a police Seargent is Judging an Asst Commissioner of police...

Admittedly, there are fake and genuine pastors....talking about the genuine ones, even when they fall like Samson, with a space of time, they will pull down pillars...
