All you need to do is send us the web site where you want to  purchase the laptops from and the specifications we need to customize it (if applicable). Once you send this information, we will send you a price quote.  If you are satisfied, you will then pay a deposit into our GTB bank account.  Once the money clears (if a check is paid in) or is available immediately (cash payment), we will place your order, send you the order status periodically.  

Once your laptops are delivered to us and ready for shipment to Nigeria, we send you a Final Invoice, you pay the balance outstsnding and we send the laptop to our shipping company in Lagos, from where you then pickup.

We ship using two alternatives, via DHL or via our alternate Shipper (see http://www.orderbay.com/faq.asp#X4).  For laptops and other such bulk orders, we recommend the alternate shipper since they are cheaper than DHL (even though our DHL rates have been negotiated and are much lower than standard DHL rate).
