From what you said you are currently running on Official firmware from Sony, meaning your PSP is not hacked and cant play hombrews,ISO's, make use of custom themes, emulators etc.

First you have to downgrade or install customfirmware aka Hack your PSP. Anyway am waiting for you to come online.

He also told me this. I decided to ask for me money and he his willingly to send my money to my account N0. Or I would have to be patient before my car comes to me. I am in Kogi state. I paid 700k. Pls great deallers. I need your advice on this.

You yourself should know better the risk involved in this kind of business and the games this dealers play, for all you he has not even bought the car yet since u ve not seen it. The painful thing is that you cant call in the police due to the kind of deal you are involved in.
