I have a bit of a challenge though. .my nips are sored from brestfeeding .the right one hurt so bad, I cnt even bf her on it again...how long will it take for them to heal and is there anything I can use to relief the pain..pls help a mama out

Sorry mama. Make sure ur baby latch on d nipples well.try to put breastmilk on d nipples nd let fresh air blow on it.its work well for me.its ll go down

we had also started pap,and i dnt use any sweetener. I make sure the formular is much. I dnt give glucose.

pls ma,just give formular nd breastmilk.my baby started creche at almost 4months,i pack formular for her nd go sometimes during d break to feed her. I breastfeed her once i pick till i drop her in d morning. Now dt we v pass 5months,i just introduce pap dis weekend nd she loved it.

Hello mums, quick one, my husband just got in with Nan formula, price is 2,300 (I expect it to be more pricey) Also they wrote premium starter infant formula ,but the ones I saw on line was starter formula without premium, is this okay please.

Dis is d one we v bin eating. She started wen she clock 3months nd we r few days shy away from 5months. No complication or reaction. We get it 2300 or less sometimes.
