it's only 20gb + night unlimited from 11pm to 8am everyday, including Sunday special which starts at 11pm Saturday and ends Sunday 6pm. Your download speed never gets throttled. You can download all you want.

Google Chrome bro. I'm on Android 10 so I don't know if it will work of you are not on Android 10, but you can try.

Go to Chrome and input chrome://flags in browser URL and hit enter. Search for dark mode and enable it.
