Yeap, you're right there. I've noticed it as well. I'm currently on CM12 that doesn't measure anything like the original Sense.

I've actually seen a cm13, yet to download though. Trying to test the waters to see if I'll see something different here.

Do you have some other ROMs apart from Cm?
