This is why the country can't move forward. Forever backwards. Wicked and greedy people in high places. Why won't they pay them their allowances? They will soon cook up one story to back thier greed. It pains me when I hear stories like this.

Stop the lies. Canada doesn’t allow Nigerian trained doctors practice as medical doctors.

No, that is not true. As long as you pass their licencing exams. You can practice as a doctor.

modernWays:

It is collective money but not collective good to use the same skill giving to you by the same society to improve or help her? Why don't you compare the cost of training and cost of living of the countries they are running to before you start blaming the government of low pay? The last time I cheack, an average doctor earn more than any civil servant, and they are well above middle class. Patients are dying in numbers everyday in our various hospitals due to lack of skilled or adequate doctors but these heartless greedy few don't see their services as important to the society that subsidise their training? To answer your question, other sectors are not so critical to the society or received the same advantage giving to this sector. Government don't spend that much on them compare to medical departments. If you go to university, you will understand this. Anyone can chose or change profession anytime at will but can't be a medical doctor over the night.

Medical sector is very crucial to the society, you don't compare it to other sectors. That is why It never cheap to acquire this certificate anywhere in the world because they know the value attached to it. If Nigeria are to follow the same ethnic practice as it being done abroad, 98% of these doctors will never be one today. How many of them can afford to pay up to $38k or #34m per year as international student in UK and American universities. Even their nationals pays roughly around $9k or 8m per year. You can see why medical training are highly subsidise by government to enable us to have adequate doctors in our hospitals.

The reality is that, an average black man is too individualistic by nature, he lacks foresight, wicked, egocentric and greedy.
Why most of them leave is not just about the pay but the working conditions. You can imagine working in a hospital with nothing to work with? Simple disposables like gloves are not available. Simple defibrillator for managing a cardiac arrest is not functional. How do you expect to give your best in such conditions? No water in a theater. Doing surgeries with phone torch. It is really heart breaking.... I was working in the accident and emergency of a teaching hospital were a bank manager was brought in with symptoms of myocardial infarction( cardiac arrest). Do you know even a simple ECG was not available. This man later died because of lack of simple basic equipment. So I don't blame doctors leaving. Even if the training was subsidized, the working environment should be conducive to work in.This is what ARD has been begging the government to do. I can tell you that I have learnt so much here is Saudi because of the availability of equipments to work with.

I might have made a few mistakes in the past (not sex related) but ever since I met my first and only girlfriend (we are together for two years now) all I want is to keep loving her and being a good guy to her. It's not exactly hard...when you love someone, you respect them and respect gives you so much self control because you only see the best of the world in the eyes of the woman you love.
.

Yes many men as promiscuous by nature. As someone in the medical field I can argue on and on about the biology and anatomy and physiology and psychology behind this... At the same time we can chose what we want to be, we can chose to be responsible and good expecially when the right, loving woman comes along.
.
.
I will always always be loyal to my GF. She is my world.
Fact. It is all about choices and self control. Once you don't have self control. The man below takes over

I enjoyed my childhood then in the late 80s/ 90s. It was so much fun. No fear of kidnapping. We go to school without fear. We trek back home gisting along the way. TV stations opened by 4pm. I loved watching Voltron, danger mouse, incredible hulk. Captain planet. We ate well then. Chai. I pity my kids now. They are not enjoying half of what we enjoyed those days.
