I felt very sad when the news broke. I have been following him for some years. When I saw him with bike recently, I wasn't comfortable because I know that the end kay not be good. There was even a post on his page where he said that he dared the devil, you need to watch it.

When you mentioned this i remember my cousins ordeal same movement from stomach to heart making it very difficult to fall asleep cos it makes you wake up suddenly then the legs keep vibrating go cold and numb.. After many trips to the hospital finally met a doc who recommended h.pylori test alas that's the culprit he had an infestation after his treatment till today no ulcer or any symptoms at all..

PS : he only had these symptoms wen he lie down to sleep
