BREAKING: The Supreme court has struck out the appeal by the APC challenging the judgment of a High Court in Rivers State which barred it from conducting any primaries in the state.

In the judgement, Justice Aliyu Sanusi, ruled that the preliminary objection raised by the respondents, Ibrahim Umah and 22 other aggrieved members of the APC, had substance and therefore, struck out the appeal by the APC.

All G2013 teachers that are being owed salary arrears should print their statements of accounts from the beginning of service till date and submit with photocopies of assumption of duty and appointment letter.

Submit to Mr Charles at CSS Nkpolu Oroworukwo by UST roundabout.
For onward submission to the Head of Service office by Njoku Maureen L.
All documents should be submitted on or before 9:00am Friday 21/12/2018
