My principal, said that it is for non teaching staff that have gotten the requisite qualifications, to be converted and upgraded.
Teaching staff are not affected, according to him.

I think it's for old staff because of that promotion letter stated there. The circular says it's for both teaching and none teaching staff.

Anything govt, it would always demand, last promotion letter, but good/bad(as the case may) we got none, for now.

Yeah. Still, I am interested to go update my records for this PGDE program and TRCN certificate I got. Please anyone that has done it should tell the process please.

mind you, there's is nothing like old and new staff. Just apply for upgrade if you have gotten one and forget about last promotion since you have non yet. I will apply for upgrade since i have gotten PDGE and M.Ed with no promotion yet.

Due to shortage of teachers, the board will commence with non-teaching staff to boost the teaching staff strength.
For teaching staff, the ongoing submission of credentials (plus newly acquired) is a step toward implementation and also sort out some others issues.
Meanwhile, if you are submitting to the effect of he info, in he memo, kindly submit to your zonal director.
