I want to thank you all in this thread especially hotstepper and justwise, You guys have been great.'
Well my journey so far goes like this. I started the process of application in feb 2017 after my wife introduced my to this thread.

I read through all 36 pages at the time and with the info i went online downloaded the required tutorial videos and forms on cic.ca ( the videos are very helpful) .

I applied for a visitor visa as a family ( wife n kid) and i didnt mention the fact that we were considering child birth. I submitted very credible supporting docs ( statements of accts, salary slips, introduction latter from my company stating my net worth, fix deposit certificates, passed traveling history and letter of invitation from my brother who is a PR)

The whole visa process took exactly a month and i intially thought they just kept it aside n waited for exactly 30days to send it bck to me with out processing it ( cos a colleague had a similar experience). We were given 5years visa each and the planing for the trip started immediately cos my wife was already 20weeks gone n the baby bump is already showing(2nd baby).
I have gone to drop them over there in canada and am back to work to cont the hustle while they flex and prepare for the baby.
At the point of entry ( toronto), the POE didnt even know my wife was pregnant since all attention was drawn towards me and she too was wearing a winter jacket. The only major question asked was why was i stating a 30days visit and my wife and kid was stating 6 months. I simply told him i had to go back to resume work while my family stay back to spend time with my brother and his family.

For now she is seeing the doc my brother introduced her to and will book an appointment close to her due date to see the gyno to save cost. For those seeking for cheap delivery , you can try canada birthing centers. My wife heard about it but she couldnt secure an appointment cos they were fully booked in the edmonton area. The cost is as low as $500 cad. And only for low risk pregnancies.
So our last phase is ongoing n will update u guys on how it goes. Love u all.

hello lesluga (or anyone else that has processed a canadian visa)... did you include a provisional airline booking in your visa application going through the application checklist now and under purpose of trip, it says...provide a provisional airline booking.

please help o!

This woman is obviously in denial! She keeps speaking big big grammar when all the average man sees is a nose-dive in the economy.

[quote author=Charliewyt post=32067792]GEJ may not have lived up to expectations, he is not perfect cos nobody is.
I sincerely hate the way he handled:

(1) The boko haram activities,

(2) Job creation, if he had done better our fellow citizens shouldn't have died in NIS recruitment,

(3) Education, I can't easily forget the series of stricts we had during his regime. Just to mention but a few.

BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE CASTING MY VOTE FOR GMB

Because the worst we can achieve with GEJ is to remain stagnant , should GMB take the lead and he chose to mess up, having the support of the likes of Bola Tinubu and OBJ our backwardness as a country will know no bound.

FOR ALL OF YOU THAT WILL BE VOTING, I PRAY YOU GO IN PEACE AND COME BACK IN PEACE.

the political ambitions of any body doesn't worth the blood of the least Nigerian.[/quote

unfortunately, nigeria isn't stagnant. far from it! we are getting worse...the exchange rate is getting worse, unemployment is getting worse, our economy is getting worse, corruption, insecurity (apart from very recent victories by the army) is another kettle of fish... we are not stagnant my friend, don't be deceived. we are getting worse...

Read the post again. The young man wasn't talking about the gum you buy from shops to chew!@Op, guy, u try! Oya, continue the matter; I dey feel u cool

chewing gum in an uncivilized manner - with your mouth open and blowing it...like prostitutes do - is a big turn-off for women but chewing gum in a laid back manner with your mouth closed is actually sexy and cool.
