The mail contained the information such as the zoom link and time as well as the stages for the interview.

And how many days did they give before the interview. Please I need it to plan my leave.

It took about 2 weeks and some days for them to invite me back for the partner interview and they only gave me a day notice.

Apologies for my late response. It went well. The partner just asked me to introduce myself and asked a very random question about how I would solve a Nigerian problem. That was all. I applied to the consulting unit

They didn’t give me a timeline. They just said they’d be in touch about the outcome of the interview. However with the way things are progressing, I feel like by next week or in 2 weeks, we’d hear back from them.

I just finished the virtual Interview. They asked me normal interview questions like tell us about yourself, what are your career expectations, where do you see yourself in 2-5 years, What do you know about the insurance industry, Why do you wanna work in the finance sector ( this was because I have a different background)? Basically questions like this. The interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to. Hope this helps those yet to do their interview. Success to everyone

No, It wasn’t stated. All that was said in the mail was “ Following your recent assessment with us, we write to invite you for a virtual interview” followed by the details for the interview

Some people declined the physical interview so I think they are trying to schedule virtual interviews for them instead

I wasn’t contacted for any physical interview though. The only physical thing was the assessment center.

The case study provided for the group stage was related to the insurance industry. I hope that helps for added info. Good luck to those yet to attend the assessment

It comprises three segments.

First, they verify all your documents

Next, they put you into groups and give a case study to work on and discuss for 20 minutes.

You choose someone from your group to discuss the findings and resolutions of the case study to a panel

In the last section, each person is given a topic and given 10 minutes to write an essay on the topic. Then you would have to present the essay individually to the panel.
