In this election please my people we are to find C? the problem I have about C is that, the Cs don't actually contest for leadership for example ( think if prof wole Soyinka contest for presidency). electoral formula is: C raise to power 2=Bn/l so after election who ever Winn's the election now determine the next derive formula.
