You really do not have to print and fill with pen rather use the edit icon on your u latest adobe Reader and then type on the column u wish to fill

I'm keen abt U of Manitoba cos I already applied for their pnp hence I need it as a Booster

But that not withstanding I can apply toany other school that is ready to accept me into Msc without the condition of supervisor.

Please people I need to apply for MSc in Elect/ Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba but my challenge is getting a research supervisor. I have sent mails along with my credentials to lots of advisors in my intended department but there wasn't any reply. My undergraduate cgpa is 3.80/5 in electrical.

Are you talking about the Family form ? No, you do not need to submit their birth certificates.

I have filed the application for study permit form and the family info but I haven't being able to get the study permit questionnaire. The only place I got it is on pg 17 and 18 of Lagos visa instructions form imm5832 and it's not computer editable.
Abi I go just print the two pages and fill it with a pen.

And do I need to submit birth certificate of each family member even though they are not requiring visa?

if yes......my brother you dont even need SOP if u studied engineering in your first degree as you are going for Meng...

just submit your academic credentials with your sponsors documents and get your Visa....
