Mercy during the explanation also said Tacha agreed with the arrangement.

Elo said he was telling himself that he needed to win some money before he checks out and Ike concurred. Mercy told them to stop saying that nonsense. That both of them are not Leaving and only one person will be evicted this week. That she will leave if they continue talking like that. Elo later said he's no longer nervous about leaving. Ike said him too, even if Biggie wants to evict 5 people he is not bothered about it anymore. That sometimes he feels like he's jail in the house.
