My take on the ceebi issue is this..

While ceec obviously has her issues and lacks human relation skills , tobi is an extremely childish person and Alex is a highly insensitive person and does too much eye service.

Tobi's major problem was presenting a fake version of himself just to get cee-c and that is very wrong of him.
