There is no mention of continuous supply of crude for continuous refining beyond the 6 million delivered. Will crude oil refining then stop after 10 days like the Port Harcour Refinery debacle?

You are mostly correct, But what you’re missing is that None of these other guys you mentioned successfully installed a successor.

Fubara will win though Wike will still be relevant until the expiration of Tinubu's tenure.
