Frontloading means attaching all your list of evidences and witnesses along with your petition or before pretrial commences
okay.so it means even at the supreme court the can't do anything about it again right, like correcting their mistakes

It is basic but wasn't settled as at then.the new electoral act makes frontloading of everything mandatory but petitioners thought subpoenaed evidence were exempted so starting from obi and atiku, they started bringing subpoenaed evidences in the middle of trial.unfortunately, the pepc and apex court overruled them
can u explain more of this front loading stuff.tnx

Millions of killings. With no Igbo response? Millions of killing of Middle-belt people? With no Middle-belt people response? Sahelians muslims only face aggressions from Ghanaians.
the middle belt killings is some what confusing and by and large hausa man doesn't stay in another person land unless conquered through religion

Deadlytruth:

That Zik of a man, to me, was suffering from some form of personality defect. He collateralized the lives of his own brothers for his personal and self seeking ambition to become venerated as a 'nationalist' or even a 'continentalist' titled Zik of Africa. A man who heard Ahmadu Bello and Balewa clearly when they both proclaimed their hatred for Igbos but still went ahead to form a coalition with the same persons was surely a psychiatric hospital patient mistaking himself for a nationalist.
the stupid mentality of thinking u are wiser than others inherent in most ibos was what pushed him to do those stupid alignment, with northerners have been building empires before he knew what civilisation was

Guy stop running around in circles. Ibos were not the only one that have been victims in the killings. Go dust your history books, read about the the Tiv riot. The middle beltans have also suffered massacres.

Like i asked you earlier; everyone knew that the north was hostile to the south, why then did Nnamdi Azikiwe, an ibo man, form an alliance with the same northerners that have been killing his people ? Because of Greed & lust for power, i guess
most of what the guy wrote there are religious crises not even a direct target against ibos like pre 70s

Everyone knew that the marriage between North and the South wouldnt work, but Nnamdi Aikiwe, Mr Nationalism, The Owelle of Onistha, The self acclaimed Zik of Africa still went ahead to romance with the North to make up the government of the first republic.

By the way, i am from the Middle Belt. JS Tarka's United Middle Belt Congress(UMBC) was a political party in opposition to Ahmadu Bello's Northern People Congress in Northern Nigeria but Nnamdi Azikiwe's NCNC went ahead to forge an alliance with the NPC. So therefore i'll implore you to blame Nnamdi Azikiwe for the 'mess'
serious mess ,we in the middle belt bear the brunt of his greed

Even Igbos that claim they are the highly educated can't find themselves in government. They love to trade and insult the government. The experiences are just too numerous to recount here, bro ! I always try as much as possible to avoid those people because I can't just stand some of their primitive igbotic nature ! The truth is that their villages live inside majority of them; unnecessarily loud, showy, primitive, chestbeating over nothing, etc ! You know the kind of feeling you get instantly when you see a typical village person from one sleepy, very rusty, erosion ravaged village in Alaigbo trying very hard to put on a toga of non existent superior ! Villagers who can't live in their godforsaken, cursed, tiny enclave;the night buses keep bringing them in droves from their evil region of criminals ! These are the same mofos who see themselves as a big deal; useless bunch of primitive cannibalistic villagers from hell !
mogbe 😂😂😂😂😂,their matter tire person somebody will be bragging with rubbish

Niger State is more than Netherlands and Belgium combined in land size but cannot feed itself, (this is foe those who always say that South East has a small landmass,) most of the milk used by Mai Shayi to make tea in Nigeria comes from cows in small Netherlands while Fulani herdsmen slaughters the population to use their farm crops to feed their Kwashiokod cows.

I expected the hardworking Governor of Niger to ask Peter Obi how he planned to transform the state into a productive state during the campaigns with all those huge expanse of fertile lands wasting away but instead he is looking at more money from Niger Delta oil which NNPCL is already telling us is not available for Dangote refinery
guyman chukwuma how far.Peter obi should have transformed Anambra to a manufacturing hub first.
I grab the Governor's point but this is ridiculous

Crime / Re: 22 Killed In Benue Rival Gang War by Osoboshi: 7:26pm On Nov 06, 2023
benuejosh:
Ukum Local government has never experienced peace since the regime of former governor Gabriel Suswam. He empowered those guys with arms and encouraged millitia in that area. As a typical unlearned and a majority of uneducated people who were exposed to gaining power through violence, they embraced gun violence as a way of Life.

This act gave rise to people like the late Gana and a host of other people. Rivalry between groups then took a course in that area and to calm down the violence has been a major problem. Efforts were made by past government to cleanse those people of guns but it is too late. If a 10 year-old child warns you and tells you to very careful, please do because the next may be your death. They don't do childish Aye or eiya or whatever cult rivalry, what they know is how can you shot a gun. The same Ukum people recently kidnapped a serving commissioner and killed a former chairman that they kidnapped alongside the Commissioner.

The worst part of it is that, as soon as the government comes after them, they 'run into the bush'.

Ukum is where we have the largest Yam market in Africa. They produce the largest quantity of yams in the whole of Nigeria. They are so rich because of the yam business but majority of them are uneducated (they didn't go to school because they farm yams, sell and make money) and got exposed to modernity during the government of former governor Gabriel Suswam. Because of the so much money they have, buying guns is not a problem to them.

Amnesty has never worked because someone who has 5 guns may surrender 3 and keep 2. Or surrender 4 and keep 1. And because of what they did to Gana who was killed after surrendering himself, they no longer trust the government. The best that has worked so far is the government killing gang leaders. And it will surprise you to know that a member of a gang will derive joy in being the leader of gang to be killed and then they boast of 'even the government is looking for me'.

Only God can help with the situations in Ukum, Katsina-ala and Logo governments. But the worst is Ukum Local Government.
on the spot analysis kudos
