Please someone should help me I reset my laptop which is using Windows 10 without backup, and I want to replace it with Windows 8.1 but it keeps bringing error message with this error code: 0x8007025D.
What should I do, someone should help me.

Good morning, I'm having issue with activating window 10, and the sound cease, I checked the settings the settings are normal. can someone please help me out with the solution?
