For one to be a serious, perfect, devout muslim, you need an Islamic Country, with Islamic laws, Banks, courts and punitive systems. That means the religion is limited geographically, politically, and needs specific socio - economic environments to allow all Islamic, or at least most Islamic laws to be adhered to.
