Now note that money wasn't introduced by God it's humans who introduced money as means of exchange so if anyone GIVES you money all you need to verify before collecting it is whether it was earned through a legit means if so you have no problem anywhere in the world but if it's from illegal means that's when those in charge of world's affairs will be interested in your case!

Perhaps you need a short history of mankind to know what led to constitutions and international laws.

Before people began settling in one location or another there was robbery everywhere as the weapon carriers go from one place to another robbing people of their valuable, taking captives and selling them as slaves in far away countries.

But as the world is gradually turning into one global village they began sitting to set rules and boundaries that's why some activities became illegal but ever since mankind's history there has never been a time when those in charge of world's affairs sit to agree that production of weapons is a crime or illegal so if you know how to produce a weapon that's more powerful than the existing ones powerful nations will invite you to start making for them.

That's the short history of how mankind started sitting down to set rules, it's in God's word that we found it written that in the last days God will send out His Holy Spirit to gather faithful and obedient humans throughout the planet and among them they will use what is found in God's word to settle their disparities peacefully among themselves, divert their resources into production of food and information materials, stop the production, buying, selling and usage of weapons among themselves and vow never to raise weapons against people anymore! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3

But in the world this doesn't affect them since billions will not sit down with messengers of Godly peace for angels to pen down their names for salvation {Malachi 3:16; Revelations 20:15} instead they will be busy producing, buying, selling and using weapons to kill one another! Revelations 6:3-4

So if any of them decides to give away his or her shares to promote the ongoing educational program about peace there is no law stoping the messengers of Godly peace not to make use of such provisions! Galatians 5:23
