I believe you need to be diplomatic in handling this issue. Firstly, let her make her father confess by challenging him privately where no one is with them. Let her tell him she wants to put an end to what they are doing as she's not comfortable with it. She should make sure she has a secret recorder or camera with her at that moment to capture his confession. After that, you can use that evidence to challenge him. After all the issues is been resolved, let her stay apart from where her father stays. If you dont have any evidence against the father, he would deny it.
