Yes one application fee for each school..if you are applying for 2 different schools, then you are to pay 2 application fee , except if the school does not require you to pay

Gtb transfer form u will c beneficiary account no/IBAN mandatory for euro zone so if u pick swedbank then u write d number EE892200001120290197. make sure when filling d form d purpose of payment ur invoice number should be there.

secondly...I walked into one Gtb branch to make enquiries about transferring using euro domiciliary account..they gave details on what it entails. the charges to transfer a single 100euro is way too much. can anyone advise on the best way to go without incurring much charges aside using omniborder.

That's not true,only two universities in Estonia ask for 2.1 above. University of Tartu accept 2.2,and if lucky the applicant can get a scholarship.

Your chance of gaining admission in Estonia is slim with second lower.But you can check school in another country like Latvia and Lithuania

thanks for your concern...i graduated with second class lower division and its written there that its only candidate with second class upper or higher can apply. but if you have any other school you can refe me to i will really appreciate.... note school with no tuition or low tuition fees for master degree
