You have a good point but then, even as Arab nations kept killing Americans, bombing American embassies, etc, it never stopped Americans from going to Arab countries to invest or do business, that's how capitalists and real industrialists act.

It can only become officially a no-go area if the government of the land officially issues a message that people from so-so-so country or region are not welcomed in their land, and that is when u hear the president of a country shutdown his country's consular office in the other country and order his ambassador or consular officer and citizens to leave that country.

But u cannot be in the same country with another tribe and tell that tribe that they are not welcome in your region, then u should divide and let them go form their own country and then deny them visa to your country, simple!

So from your comment, can't u see that Nigeria ought to divide into many countries ready to form their own united nation

‎Hi, I love your questions, and I will take time to answer them judiciously.

First, Nigeria and some other countries because of lack of proper judicial system and database to be able to prosecute criminals and internet fraudsters is not allowed to operate a full-functional paypal account that can send and receive money.

Because of the same security issue, Nigerians living in Nigeria are not allowed to open a business or company paypal for receiving payment for their business services or product sales online.

But as Nigerians, we have found ways to bypass the restriction by changing our computer ip to countries allowed to open full-functional paypal account. Now if u change your ip to say UK and use it to open a UK paypal, and then after opening and verifying it, u then start using a Nigerian ip to log into that your UK paypal, paypal will automatically think you are an intruder trying to hack a UK person's paypal account and will block u from logging in and may ask u to enter a verification code sent to the UK phone number u used to open the account. And if u keep using Nigerian ip to open that your paypal, paypal will one day limit the account.

So for u to operate any full-functional paypal account, u must not use Nigerian ip to access it.

Now to your questions:

1. My eBook will teach u how to open a USA personal paypal account u can use to send/receive money from people u rendered services to online.

2. My eBook will not teach u how to open a US business/company paypal account but I can show you personally how to open it yourself, but it requires some cost like: money to register a company name in US and get a US tax identification no for businesses. It also requires a social security number, I can get you one but u will pay for it ($30).

Alternatively, you can buy a fully verified US business paypal account from me for $70 only and then use by changing the Email and linked bank to yours.

For u to make use of any of these paypal accounts, u need a US dedicated ip or vpn which was explained in my eBook.

I didn't experience this, and I don't think any nairalander here that used it experienced same, but I can't dispute it, u know I developed that code myself and a friend, maybe if u are right, I think Twitter developers must have learnt about it and possibly trying to block it so u can come pay for Twitter advert to grow your Twitter followers like celebrities do.

And this must have been as a result of many nairalanders and people abusing it after I shared it here and on frankwealth website, that's why I no longer share such secret tips openly on open forum or website.

So if I am to suggest, try opening a new account and try it with it and see

At this 60%, can it recieve and send fund?

It can receive money of course....but don't use it to receive money you don't know its source to avoid paypal limiting it....just use it strictly for your personal online business and if u can, get a dedicated VPN to avoid paypal asking u for verification code every now and then.
