Good day to you. Those channels with dollar symbols are skipping because they are encrypted channels and cannot be accessed. For example the 18 premium channels ourtv decoder has are encrypted and therefore cannot be viewed by just anyone. You have to get ourtv decoder before you can access our 18 premium channels in addition to other FTA channels. So in the case of ourtv decoder for instance, the only way to enjoy the premium channels is to buy the decoder for yourself. Hope this answer meets you well.
