You can check ethopia airline, someone I know fly them to canada just of recent but I don't know the amount you can check google as well for more info.

I thin kqhat your friend is trying to prove is that he's intelligent enough to handle both programmes. But the main factor is that his lectures, tests exams presentations etc must definitely be clashing! so on many occasions he has to sacrifice one for the other at the end he might end up not finishing either on time.
