A snail isn't fast. Nipost is slow. Work with your deadline. Send only what they ask for. UPS will deliver in 3days, hope your deadline is not 31st. Not sure if postal services work on holidays. UPS is at evo road. When you get to waterline ask those taxi along olusegun obasanjo road for taxi going to evo road. Good luck

They are as fast as a snail. If you know what I mean. And yes they charge to certify documents at federal high court, go to the deputy registrars office if you no want make them scam you. Make sure you go to the office ooooo, or else you go spend mad cash.
