attestation letter is diff frm local govt certificate, u can collect attestation letter frm ur churrch or a ccompany u hav worked. Wat state re u from?

i think d affidavit is to be signed in a hign court. Where wud u be gettin ur cetficate of origin from and hav u gotten ur attestation letter?
