Explosion heard near Kabul airport amid attack warnings

The Taliban has said that a US airstrike targeted a suicide bomber in a vehicle who wanted to attack the Kabul international airport amid the American military’s evacuation there.

In what appeared to be a separate incident on Sunday, a rocket struck a neighbourhood just northwest of the airport, killing a child.

Popular Nigerian musician, Olanrewaju Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan, is dead.

His death was announced in a statement Sunday morning by his family.

He was 44.

The family said Sound Sultan died on Sunday of Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma.

Meet this talented Nigerian man from Igbo community that designed and built a ship. His name is Dr. Stephen Chidozie Duru, from Imo State. He is the owner of Stemarine Investments International Limited located in Port-Harcourt, River State.

The company was Incorporated in Port-Harcourt with the registration number 701691. It was registered on 01 August 2007.
