I remember almost eight years ago when some one said for Nigeria to have 24hrs uninterrupted power supply was not a rocket science. And Nigerians clapped for them and called the outgoing government clueless, wasteful and so many other names.

When they were busy criticising PDP some Nigerians thought they have the magic wand. Almost eight years after, who is more clueless and wasteful.
