nat138: Good day house, Oh wow! so many pages, don't even know where to start from. I am hoping to start my express entry application this week as I am awaiting my IELTS result from 20th Jan. Please advise or point me to the relevant pages. I just need guidance on what to do and how to go about it. I have four continuous years experience in Business Development, I have a BSc and Masters degree. Will really appreciate any guidance please. Considering the time it might take to verify my Undergraduate degree from Nigeria, is it better to just indicate only my masters degree which was from the UK when filling the form? Many thanks. Verify only your masters |

sleekysilk: Funds can ONLY be in the principal applicants or his/her spouse account. Your mum should transfer to your account and do you a gift deed.(notarised letter/affidavit stating she 'dash' you to support your migration). Please will the money still be in the account for 6months after the gift deed or loe supposing its from spouse? |

sweetrie: Good, that's what I did too. Include your transfer slip/receipt to support the LOE Ohk, so do we have to wait for 6months again after the transfer? |

sweetrie: Doesn't that mean they would need to get 6months statement of account and Reference letters on all three accounts, if the banks don't give letter in CIC format? What I'm thinking is submitting bank statements for both accounts while I transfer and supporting with LOE |

Hello everyone. Kindly help me out with my pof issue.
My husband is the principal applicant for a family of 3 and he has 2m and 1.7m in separate accounts. I also have 2m in my own account.
The issue now is: we want the pof to be in one account 1. Should he move his cash into one account? 2. If yes, will he be needing Loe? 3. I will also be transferring the 2m from my account to his account, do I need LOE or gift deed? 4. After moving the cash, do we need to wait for another 6months because the money has exceeded 6months in all the accounts.
Thank you. |

debbiejosh: I didn't add any thing, there was more money in the account, it was a salary account, so just reprinted the statement of account.
I think they reviewed the POF within the time I applied, and when I applied, USD was still 150, but had started rising.
Advice is keep the money in the POF Account, and keep building it up, at the end, it is still your money. God bless you for this response. Please can I fix my pof for 6months for express entry? |

9jabiggurl: I did all mine in my maiden name because that is what I have on all my credentials and international passport. You have to go with the name on your international passport and if it has changed to your married name then marriage cert will have to follow all your docs... Thanks so much. |

Hello house, please I need clarifications on the following 1. I want to do my ECA, do I fill the form with my maiden name or my husbands name. I have already done newspaper publication for change of name. 2. Should I use maiden name or my husbands name all through the application (ECA, IELTS, PCC, MEDICALS.... ETC) |

Hello all, here are my questions : 1. My husband is the principal applicant and had his MSc in the UK in 2009, does he need PCC even though he's been in Nigeria since 2013 2. Will I also need PCC because my MSc too is in the UK, though I'm back in Nigeria 3. If yes, how do we go about it? Thanks |
