The immunity is a partial immunity against appearing in court not against investigation and EFCC can freeze anybody's account in the course of investigation provided the order is approve by court which will be sought without the consent or appearance of the person involved. Hence the arguement about immunity does not come in at all but whether efcc's action was sanction by court or not. So oga Ajulo should shut the Bleep up!
