It is re modified now. It is in a tariff plan called MTN True Talk plan. All local calls are charged at 20k/sec n 11k/sec to 11 registered numbers. Dial *400# to migrate and see for yourself. The main difference in this plan is that you can add any number from another network compared to family and friends plan.
