The idea of the design is to have a simple, cosy and cost effective apartment.
In this design the guest bedroom can be accessed from within the lobby in the home or a second option where it can be isolated from the private part of the house and accessed from the living area.
This depends hugely on the type of guest to be received. With our culture were our visitors our usually family with no intention of living anytime soon, the first option is the suitable one.
It can also be seen that all the rooms are cross ventilated to encourage optimum air flow.

When the work is finished, i'll make sure i post another 3d, and also the first floor plan

Recently, someone requested for a 4bdrm duplex on a half plot of land, so i became interested in the design with a goal of producing something very effetient and yet comfortable with minimal space.
The end product of the design was this simple and yet convinient duplex which is small enough to allow for parking at its entrance

Though the land may be small for the desired building, with proper planning and effective design, it could be adequate and cost effective also allowing for adequate parking space

Am just getting started with the course, just learning the manual aspect of it as a beginner though I'll still learn the computer or digital side if it, na small small naa.

Its good that you want to learn the cad aspect of architecture, but please do not forget about manual draughting and your line of thought cos thats what makes you different from anyone else

Before such can be designed by an Architect, he needs de details of the location to ensure the deaired building works with the site.
This is not to justify the size of the building alone, but also the comfort of yourself as the user.
