2.Challenge urself. Ppl wit low self esteem lyk hiding; they lyk sitting @ d bck so try d first or second row.
3.Realize that every1 is human nd is probably insecure abt somtin. We all av flaws.
4. Realize dat u r nt always on d spotlight. Ppl wit low self esteem tend to tink dat all eyes r on dem. Dis is nt always tru. Ppl r busy.
5. Be you. Drop d fear. Av fun. Every jaga jaga is a new style. Be mouthy too(personal experience) always b ready to defend urself verbally around bad belle ppl.
6.Be resourceful. Knw a little abt everytin. Ppl applaud intelligence. Knowledge is power.
7. I overcame low self esteem wen I realized dat am d daughter of a King. I realized God has placed a lot in me nd by aving low esteem am limiting d expression of this gifts. The world awaits my manifestation. (Romans 8:19). I don't want to keep dem waiting#winks.
