DEPARTMENTAL/FACULTY SCREENING

Note: After you must have collected the results from your medical screening. Go to the school library in Campus 2, tell the staffs there that you want to buy Undergraduate Screening Files (100 level). Each file costs N50 or N60. Buy five or six of the files (depending on your department.. but buy six to be on a safer side).

If u look at the files given to u at the library, there are five depending on your department. The red one stands for originals; there you will put all your original credentials.

The four green files stand for photocopies of your credentials; so that means whatever you have in. the red file should be photocopied four times so that each green file has the same document as those in the original. The photocopies should cost you N500 or more.

After the above procedures, go to your department, you wil be given three documents (e.g Economics). They are;

1. Form for Acceptance of provisional offer of admission: If they don't give you five of this, you are to complete it by photocopying then split it into the five files you have, then fill it and attach 5 passports to the five. Note: The files should be photocopied before filling, not after. This form should be the first the screening officer sees when he opens each of your files.

2. Clearance form: It should be done like number one (1). It should be the second file the screening officer sees when he opens each file.

3. Peronal data: It should be done like no1. Third in each file.

The following documents should be arranged in your files according to this list after the 3 documents above:

4. Medical Result: This is in form of a card, it should be given to you after your medical screening. It should be done like number 1. 4th in each file.

5. Letter of Attestation: This is a letter of guarantee from your pastor/imam/lawyer etc. It should be done like number one above (It should come 5th in each file).

6th in each files should be Statement of result.

7th - Testimonial

8th - Computer sheet (for those who are yet to collect their original certificates).

9th - Original waec result or signed letter of verification.

10th - Birth cert

11th LGA of origin

Note: Make four photocopies of each of the files listed above and do what I specified in number one above i.e insert one copy each to each of the four green files, while the original should be in the red file.

After the above procedures, staple the photocopies of your Acceptance teller and medical teller to each of the green files (Staple the originals to the red file).

Note: The files are to be perforated. You can get them perforated in any of the business centres in Abraka.

You can generate your matric number a week after you've been screened in any of the business centres in Abraka. It costs N100. You can now pay your tuition fee after you've generated your Matriculation number.

ALKARULEZZ:
Your certificate is not ready..

* Print your result online

* Go to your principal and ask him to give you the master/computer sheet of the exam.

* Attach the master sheet to ur online print out.

Note:
* The master sheet should be stamped with the school stamp...

* You're gona need the original certificate during 300 level screening, so endeavour to get it before then.
thanks, pls is it possible to switch from biochemistry to medicine and surgery

Karleb:
B/ F# A C# E
E/G# C D G
A/G B C E
D/F# B D C
G/ F G# D
C/E A Bb D
F/E G A C.

All I can say is nice chord voicing, I love it.

But why play chromatically, why didn't you stay on a key because that probably what got me confused.

BTW, you think I disturb you? undecided No! I'm a necessary good! angry
they are actually nice chords kiss
