Properties / Land Purchase Advise by ozomagala: 8:11am On Nov 16, 2015 |
I have a very tight budget, but I need to buy a land in Lagos. I have been taken to Ibeju Lekki axis three times and shown lands between 1.5 and 2M. I cannot see myself moving to that area to stay - I work on the Mainland. I can purchase any of these now but that location....... I can raise my budget to 3M by early 2016 and get something closer. I have heard that some land owners tend to sell their properties at reduced cost at emergencies :PP What do the gurus advise? |

tonychristopher: Better to be quiet and assumed dumb, than speak up and remove all doubt. You are technologically bereft, simple. State one thing your hero has achieved by disfiguring that Keke. No, you are brewing sentiment. Next, somebody will take a wheel barrow, add five wheels to it and expect a standing ovation. Quit celebrating mediocrity! 4 Likes 2 Shares |

kplusa: Can you prove that? I also know three people who trained with Torquay that failed! Failure or success depends largely on the candidate. Even if you train at PMI itself without studying hard, failure is sure. Lets try and do these marketings objectively. |
Religion / Re: Could It Really Be That A Person Can Be Born Gay? by ozomagala: 6:48pm On Jun 04, 2009 |
You said they "turned gay". Real gays are born; not made. It is a pitiable state but they see women as same gender. Their voice, body carriage, countenance, walking step, choice of dresses are feminine. If you see a real gay, you will not need a prophet. They see males as opposite sex. |

I tend to agree that some people are born gay - that child boy who chooses to play drama, sue, sand-cooking, baby-nurse from childhood, instead of soccer, cowboy 'movies', toy car construction, kite flying etc which other boy children do, |

We are Africans! Cultural imperialism is doing us no good! I have heard one man boasting that if he wants, he would just allow his wife buy him a brand new car! That is not the way we were brought up. Yes, if a man is down financially, the wife should help out if she is equipped. If the man becomes relegated completely then, he has lost the steering! Did I hear you say "infidel"? You might not be wrong. Every woman no matter how financially bouyant she is, would always want her real husband to be more powerful. Do a sincere research. |

I am not any of the two but getting a good 2000 camry financed at below 1.1M is an almost impossibility. Why not go for a '97? |

@poster, I guess you might be doing yourself a favour by posting their mileages, VINs and prices atleast. I think doing this would get the calls coming. There are many sellers out there, remember |

Nice work you are doing Larry. I would like to know the following: 1. How is payment done (currency and means of transfer)? 2. How long does it take to have the car delivered after payment? 3. Are there cyber cafes around there so one can check up the Carfax? 4. Is there any possibility of one getting there and not finding his choice? Expecting your response, thanks. |
