The forms, conference invitation/acceptance letter. conference registration fee receipts, copies of my family passport data pages/valid visas, hotel reservation, flight reservation(not paid), travel itinerary, marriage certificate, children's birth certificate, bank statement, letter of introduction from employer, letter of consent from my hubby.

Did they demand for the Nig passport or did they just let you go. Am asking because my son has only the U.S. Passport although with a valid 2 year Nig visa that expires in 2016 and we would be traveling soon.

I had a pleasant experience at North West Houston Medical Center. I used Dr Xydas and his team(you'll likely meet different Drs on your appointment days, depending on who is on call. I was attended to by a total of 4 Drs).

I like the fact that they are so straight forward in their dealings. I got my zero balance as soon as I made full payment (before the baby was even born).

From the hospital I got some freebies : diapers, wipes, baby shirts, belly binder, baby formula and breast pump. This I think also depends on the nurses on call.

I'm expecting the final hospital balance by next week. Hopefully there won't be any extra charges.

For accommodation I'm staying with family but I noticed an Intown Suites a few minutes from the hospital.

But to my suprise I was issue 2yrs Visa indicating visit and business.This may be due to my little travel histor but they can give more than that from what I found out depending on when your passport expired.
