Thanks. It seems almost all the audios are the same. So darn hard to make out what they are saying and you have limited inaudibles to use. And even when you slow down the audio it doesn't help much. Is there a method or tip to getting this done easier?

Hi guys, what do you do when it's so difficult to tell what speakers are saying.. Is it better to just release the call or allow the time to expire?
