Rehabilitation has been completed on the 60,000 old refinery as promised while second one with 150,000 capacity would be completed Q4,2024.

OAM4J's last seen was Nov.13 and dude was supposed to be a moderator. NL is shorhanded, he's supposed to relief Mynd44 off the load.

First of all, antispam is killing the forum, it has been for long yet it is concerning how it is growing increasingly. Second of all, the moderators are not doing enough, there is an administrative lapses which requires attention. Mynd44 has his hands full likewise Dominique, they've been quite engaging, this much i can't say of OAM4J, there are times he's off the site for days making it impossible to relay pressing issues to him. Oftentimes we had to send mails repeatedly to the moderators without no corresponding response for days. It's so unfortunate that an antispam would ban us and unban at its own discretion. I would suggest a new moderator different from the regular moderators is put strictly in charge of handling antispam report. The name of the new moderator should be announced so that we direct all mails to him/her. Rather unpalatable a leading forum with lots of foreign users constantly experience this ugly situation at every click of a button. I urge you
to see this advisement as part of review

This is an episode that happened on X and how the owner solved the problem.

The first screenshot is a complaint that was addressed to the Twitter complaint board against harassment and abusive threats. The complaint board reviewed the comment and said no rule was violated.

The second screenshot is the same complaint being treated by the owner of X and it was not only removed, the user was banned and his records deleted.

Seun should be proactive on Nairaland and available to address complaints neglected by his administrators (moderators)

Nairaland was shut down, then he came back & getting threads shut down too, he was bullied & threatened and he cowered. Has X, Facebook, Reddit, etc been ever shut down for abuse report?, remind me. As we speak, Jewish and Hamas supporters are tearing into eachother on X, has it been shut down from the internet?

I have lost count the number of threads by non-ibo nairalanders that have been deleted the past three days since nairaland got back. We made every efforts to get in touch with the owner, gave him supports and words of encouragement yet this dude been dancing to the tunes of his foes who were excited that his sweat and years of labour was shut down.
