Winner of the Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ Edition, Whitemoney has recounted some of the challenges he encountered before fame.

In an interview with Young Skales, shared on his Instagram story on Tuesday, Whitemoney said he and his mother could not afford foodstuff while living in Kaduna State as they were broke.

Whitemoney said he packed faeces and cleared the gutter daily with his hands to make money.

According to Whitemoney, he gets the sum of two hundred Naira from each tenant, which he uses to buy foodstuff for himself and his mother.

In his word: “Back then in Kaduna state, I could remember vividly in my compound in Kujama, we were very very broke.

I and my mum could really not afford stuff so what I did basically was, I literally helped the whole compound and the other compound to pack their faeces and use my hand to clear the gutter at the back of the house so that water can flow.

So while I collect those stuff with my hands every day at the end of the day I get 200 naira from each of the tenants and I use the money to buy foodstuff for me and my mum.

1 The participant must be a citizen of Nigeria and non-Nigerian citizens cannot participate in the show for now

2 The age limit for one to participate must be between the age of 21 or reach that age before June 2022

3 The person must have a valid limit of identification (Passport)

4 He or she must be emotionally and mentally stable to handle the heat of the show for 90 days without any contact outside the world

5 The participant must be educated with a minimum of o level qualification i.e WAEC, GCE, and NECO. It's not compulsory to have a higher degree before one can participate

He also noted that any employee, staff, director, sponsor, agent, or those also assigned for special duties in respective of their licenses, parents, subsidiary companies won't be allowed to participate in the Big Brother Naija contest

Steve Yamba, a 44 year Zambian Business man has committed suicide after beating is wife to death following a marital issue In Lusaka, Zambia.

According to reports the 33 year old Kangwa Mwango was severely beating up so badly and eventually died on Saturday, 25th December, at around 9.00am, while she was been taking to University Teaching hospital by her husband.

According to local media, Mr Yamba started beating his wife from 7:pm on Christmas Eve through to the early hours of Christmas Day when he noticed that she was becoming lifeless.

After doctors at UTH confirmed that that his wife had died, Yamba sneaked into a market where he bought a bottle of pesticide and drank.

Police today received a report of Murder from F/Cecilia Mwango aged 48 of 6miles Kabangwe area that her sister Kangwa Mwango aged 33, was severely beaten up by her husband Steven Yamba aged 44 and eventually died on the 25th December 2021 at around 09:00 hours whilst the husband was trying to ferry her to hospital for treatment," stated Hamoonga


Hamoonga states that the event leading to the death of both Kangwa and Yamba started on the Christmas Eve.

Brief facts of the case are that on the 24th December 2021 at around 1900 hours the couple had a dispute which led to a fight where the wife Kangwa Mwango was severely beaten and spent a night in the house," the PPRO said.


"On the 25th December 2021, at around 0900 hours the husband took her to Chawama hospital where he was advised to take her directly to University Teaching Hospital. Regrettably she died on the way


Upon arrival at UTH, the husband Steven Yamba, seeing that he had caused the wife's death he quickly sneaked to Kabwata market where he bought a bottle of Doom pesticide and committed suicide by drinking the same." he added. 

 

Hamoonga added that the two bodies are lying in UTH mortuary awaiting autopsy and burial.

Sad news coming out of the Palace of the Ooni of Ife is that the marriage of the first class Yoruba monarch to prophetess Naomi is over.

Naomi herself confirmed the news on Instagram and cleared a few things up.

She said she went into the marriage with love in her heart and a willingness to serve.

She said that she did her best to "endure" and "smile through the struggles" but she has now decided to leave her three years marriage.

She said her decision to leave has nothing to do with the fact that the Ooni of Ife is married to another queen.

She also disputed rumours that she had another child, a daughter.


She said the girl is her niece and her son for the king is the only child she's ever had.
 

"At this moment, I announce that I shall no longer be referred to as wife to the Ooni of Ife or as Queen of Ile-Ife," she wrote.

A slay queen thought she’d gotten away with buying an expensive human hair by sending fake debit alerts to the vendor but was unaware that the vendor was abreast of her antics and had facilitated plans to nab her

In a video that was shared online, the hair vendor is seen confronting the slay queen who she nabbed after discovering she was in the city when she was about to deliver a new hair to her.

According to the vendor, the slay queen is a regular customer who usually buys from her only when she’s running sales on her items. She realized that there’d always been an accounting imbalance and was reluctant at first before she found out the source.

Nigerian actress, Rita Edochie has condemned bullying in schools.

This comes after she shared a video showing moment a female secondary school student was assaulted by her colleagues.

She posted the video following the tragic death of a 12-year-old student of Dowen College, Sylvester Oromoni who was battered to death by some students.

Tega has apologized to Nigerians again for her relationship with fellow housemate, Boma, during the just-concluded Big Brother Naija reality show.

Speaking during an interview with Chude Jideonwo, just after she disabled her Instagram account due to bullying from Nigerians, Tega said she and Boma never had sex in the house as people claim.

She explained that they kissed but said she's aware that even that is wrong since she's married.

She said she didn't set out to hurt anyone and was just going with the flow.

She then asked Nigerians to forgive her because she's still a Nigerian and cannot be thrown away.

Angel caused reactions online after she was caught feeding WhiteMoney during their trip to Abuja.

Angel and WhiteMoney traveled to Abuja together. After they arrived in Abuja and were received by a lot of fans. They decided to have dinner before preparing for their late-night event.

During the dinner, Angel was sitting opposite WhiteMoney, Angel asked WhiteMoney to have a feel of her food. She then decided to feed him.
