Note: (For all Applicants):
The donor countries are non english speaking. Applicants should therefore
be prepared to undertake mandatory one year foreign language of the
country of choice which will be the medium of instructions. And For
postgraduate applicants for Russian award, the candidate must have
obtained his/her first degree Russia.
Application Procedure and interview Criteria
All qualified candidates are advised to
– Visit federal scholarship boards website: www. fsb.gov.ng
– Click on Application Center
– Click on BEA in the Application Centre to access form
– Complete the application form online
– Print the completed application form
– Submit two sets of the completed application forms at the venue of the
interview as scheduled.
NOTE/WARINING: double entries will be disqualified.
All eligible applicants are to report for interview at the venues nearest to
them as scheduled for their respective states of origin. Two sets of
completed application forms should be submitted at the various interview
centres with the following attachments:
– Two authenticated photocopies of Educational Certificates and
Testimonial of previous school attended in two envelopes with their
originals for sighting
– Only one Certificate will be accepted ie WAEC or NECO
– Two copies of Birth Certificate from national population commission
(NPC) only
– State of Origin Certificate duly signed, stamped and dated.
– Four passport sized colour photographs on white background
– Data page of current International Passport, and
– Academic transcripts and NYSC certificate will be required from
applicants for postgraduate studies.
Venue Of Interview
The 2015 – 2016 Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship
Award Venues and Dates can be found on the official website. The
interview would take place from March 9th to March 13th 2015 by 9.00am
daily.
NB: Candidates nominated and finally selected by the awarding BEA
Countries will be required to submit to federal scholarship board the
following:
– Authenticated copies of academic certificates and
– Specified medical reports and police clearance certificate.

Yes it will. However, go achieve an imagine like the one below, u are going to need some photography skills as automatic mode will not blurr the background for u. You will need to adjust the aperture to do that.

It will not. This picture was focused on the lady thereby blurring the image behind her, only a DSLR will do that. Mobile phones make use of software to process the photos but no matter how the software is, it will never beat a dedicated DSLR optics.

Yes you can go to the embassy and ask any questions relating to visa and traveling. Which of the Baltic states are you traveling to? from my experience some of them will only collect your visa application documents and when the visa is ready you will be asked to come for sticker. It also depend on your purpose of traveling to the Baltic states? Studies or leisure. For instance Lithuanian issues studies visa in Turkey within a week, Latvia used to be short for studies before but now elongated with many requirements. Estonia around 30 days for studies as well.

In case you find it difficult from Turkey, most of these Baltic states embassies in India can also issue the visas. Try to call the embassy and request to know their processing time and exact documents to come along.

For Turkey you may apply for 3 months multiple entries and 30 days stay on each visit.

BTW, there are rumors of a Lumia 1030 in the pipeline, although I don't think a Nokia/Microsoft Lumia representative will be able to confirm it but I'll advise you to hold on till the end of February (Microsoft hinted, last week, that a new flagship is coming and hopefully it will be announced once the Windows 10 phone developers preview is released).



If you can't wait, look for a knowledgeable Nokia/Microsoft Lumia representative and ask him to help you choose between 930 (20 Megapixel) and 1020. The reason being a faster processor on the 930. And yes, the Pureview camera technology on those Lumia needs a lot of processing power.
