Obiagu1: I don't know about Ebonyi because that State is really strange. One from Enugu, I'm not surprised about that. I expect rare cases, but 14 from Ebonyi, I now see why the 1st lady acted quickly about it.

No sir, 79 have just been deported to anambra state.

13volts: Many people rejoice in Nairaland whenever the victims are Northerners, and once the victims are igbos disputes over casualty figures and side talk like this one will be popping out.

Just like the way they rejoiced when non ibos were deported from Lagos, only to start shouting when ibos were deported.

kettykin: if everyone has a stake in the NLNG which gets its gas from bonny and other eastern states but previously had its headquarters in lagos until common sense prevailed then how come every body don't have the same stake in lagos which for more than 85 years was the capital of Nigeria and has all the NATIONS BANK headquarters, telecoms headquarters, oil and gas company headquarters, do everybody have the same stake in cocoa corporations, coal , bitumen, tin, grand nuts companies/corporations why do Nigerians want to have a take in other people's assets but want to keep their assets to themselves

Since Jonathan is from Bayelsa, can you tell him to move presidential villa to otuoke? I didn't miss my night of thousands laugh.

I'm humbled to be entertained by some logic defying clowns.

You want another reason to cry me a river When the NLNG was asked to relocate to PH, how did that go down with people in Lagos?.

This thread started because of the need to travel to Lagos daily by thousands of Nigerians. Because, most things that make business, government and social life function are centralized in Lagos, cause by a flawed public policy. You cannot blow your nose without going to Lagos why??

I even thought you are smart. Read below my response.

So, what's wrong with that? NLNG - Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas. This is not like other multi national cos, it belongs to ALL Nigerians. How do you think the ibos Will react should the government decides to relocate UNN from Enugu to Kano?

NLNG belongs to ALL Nigerians like NNPC, so every body have a stake and say on that. Do your moniker a favour and stop posting on this thread. You are extremely too daft(no offense)

They should move their administrative offices to Niger Delta? Who is stopping them from doing that? Remember Jonathan is from Bayelsa, Petroleum minister is also, special adviser on petroleum is equally from south south. so I see no reason why this should be an issue. Just call him and tell him what you want..

I asked you for the list of schools you went to so i could go there and rid my self of Ignorance.

Compare what is obtainable in Nigeria where the oil companies have their headquarters in Lagos and in US
where majority of the Oil and Oil servicing companies have there headquarters in the oil corridor in Houston Texas and both Countries are running the federal system of Governance

Also did you see what i posted concerning the federal government constructing a deep sea port in Onne , the information was published by vanguard on the February of 2013 which means the construction has not been implemented/completed.
This makes Lagos the only Deep sea ort in Nigeria

Let me help you out for the last time. These foreign companies have their headquarters in US, Netherlands, France and Italy, are you telling me they should move their headquarters from US for example as the case of Exxon Mobil to Akwa Ibom? or You want Exxon Mobil for example to have another headquarter in Nigeria, because you are very sad. By the way, let me politely ask you if you are out of your mind? How many headquarters do you want them to get? They should start building headquarters in every country they operating?

what they have in Lagos is just administrative offices and not headquarters. I know this is heavy for a sad and bittered slow guy like you, but just stop exposing your ignorance here. Thank me later.

If you checked my Original post you would have at least noticed 2 commas (,,) between Ibaka and Bayelsa .

The reason is that Bayelsa state has a plan for a deep Sea port while Ibaka Deep sea port is already on the way.

Why are you hell bent is ridiculing yourself in a public forum such as this? Stop digging when you are in hole.

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/02/fg-intels-construct-deep-sea-port-extension-at-onne/

If Onne had a deep sea port the Federal Government would not be talking about constructing a deep sea in Onne

Just stop exposing your ignorance. Like I said earlier, you are just too slow to be engaged in any form of argument. By the way, where in Bayelsa can I see ibaka port? smh at your avalanche of ignorance.

In addition, do you even know where the office of intels is located in portharcourt? let me help you out, intels are building their own port just like the way others have done. From Intels personal port, you meet Saipem personal port, then Dangote personal port before reaching the main gate which is directly opposite of naval training school at Onne.

I hate humiliating ignoramus like you, just give it up. Hate and bitterness doesn't help the soul. Wetin pass you, don pass you.

The following Oil companies ;Chevron, Mobil, shell, Total

In Texas there is an oil corridor where most of the Oil Companies have their Headquarters same should be the case in Nigeria

Chevron Nigeria Limited
2 Chevron Drive, Lekki Peninsula
Private Mail Bag 12825
Lagos, Nigeria
Telephone: +23.4.1.277.2222
Updated April 2013

Mobil Producing Nigeria
Mobil House, 1 Lekki Expressway
Victoria Island
PMB 12054, Lagos
Nigeria
Public and Government Affairs

Agip,
Total.
Texaco
Schlumberger
conoco philips
Haliburton

I am basically interested in the international Oil companies moving back to Niger Delta their primary area of operation
Others include

Which of these companies doesn't have their operations base in south south? coming from someone that didn't even know ibaka is located at Akwa Ibom? There is shell in portharcourt, Chevron in warri, Exxon Mobil in Akwa Ibom, Total in portharcourt, Agip in portharcourt, NLNG in Bonny and so. Besides, non of these companies pay tax to Lagos with exceptions of personal income tax of employees at the administrative headquarters.Get rid of your ignorance.

kettykin: The oil companies headquartered in lagos should be moved back to Niger delta, while diplomatic offices of all foreign missions and consular offices should be set up in the eastern part of the country, the deep sea port in ibaka , ,bayelsa should be hastened to competition. There and then would you have more than 80% of igbos in lagos and abuja and even other northern states migrating back to the eastern Nigeria.
Any other thing outside this is a declaration of economic war on the igbos which would be fiercely resisted

Ibaka, bayelsa? Next time use Google before exposing your ignorance in public forum. Besides, Onne has been functioning for ages and it can receive big cargoes. why are you not making use of it? ignorance is a big disease.

When asked to mention the most expensive fashion item he has in
a recent Punch interview, D'banj said he has a $50, 000 (N7.9m)
FM wrist watch and has another watch that Jay Z also owns.
"I’m always wearing expensive things; like now, I have two
watches on my wrist.
I’m putting on a Franck Muller, master
of complication. It goes for at least $50,000. The other is a
big face, the same one Jay-Z is rocking."

Asked to describe his fashion style, D'banj said:
I don’t know. I just dress how I want to be addressed.
Sometimes, I want to look like a biker, sometimes I want to
look like a billionaire. I wanted to get myself a power bike
until I started making it. I had to decide against it because if I
get injured, I would not be able to perform. Right now, I can
only ride through video games

From ground breaking collaborations to a pulling a
successful concert, Dbanj never stops telling why
he is the King of the Game.

The Banga Lee Crooner flaunted his newly
acquired $25,000 Suit designed by the Okunoren
Twins, during his DKM Concert held at the
Convention Center of the Eko Hotel and Suites,
Lagos.

The talked-about concert was hosted by OAP
