Chimookigwe:

You won't be the first to deny your ancestry here, not surprised.

You aren't Igbo, you are from the rejected tribe of Israel. Biafra last week, Jew yesterday, Nigerian when they are sharing Tradermoni.

Yorubas got 2 positions out of the top 4 positions in this administration and one nonentity who can't trace his lineage is here talking nonsense. Keep seeing betrayal when your elders are drinking kerosene in the village.

My friend, get lost.

Bros please do calm down. Nairaland should not be a platform for public nailing.

Can you imagine... Holding the whole country over 180 million people to ransom for some 500 or less people that have savored the oil giant for years.

This is my problem with unions. What exactly is their contribution to national development and nation building as a union other than strike?

The chevron guys have their issues and therefore struggling to keep afloat, they decided to downsize therefore it's their prerogative to decide who stays or goes not some selfish people disgusting as union... Mtchew undecided

Politics / Re: Again, Police, Shiites Clash In Abuja by Paparazzi12: 6:05pm On Jul 23, 2019
saaron:
What we are see is nothing but religious war and PERSECUTION against Shia in Nigeria. To sum it all up, Buhari's illegitimate govt is using state resources to carry out proxy religious war against Shia.
Now the question begging for answers is; Is Nigeria a Sunni-Islamic State? Who give Buhari the audacity to use state resources to stiffle Nigerian Shiites? Is Nigerian constitution a Sunni document?

If Nigeria decents into total anarchy, Buhari should be held responsible for allowing Saudi Arabia use his empty brain to fight a proxy religious war on Shiites.
The stupidity of this govt's persecution against shiites has made Nigeria appear like a Sunni Islamic country like Afghanistan before the International community when ever it is featured in the News.
Sane Nigerians must stand against Religious Persecution. If this could happen to Shia Muslims today, it could happen to Christians tomorrow.

NOTE; All these violence is a deliberate act by this demon led govt to proscribe IMN.

Meanwhile, fulani terrorist herders that slaughtered thousands of lives are being rewarded with Ruga and brand new Radio stations.
Useless govt.

Bros or who ever you are... I'm sure you have a problem with analysis of power. First of all Nigeria is NOT an Islamic country and there is there is no pro or anti shia war happening let alone government participating in it, all is happening in your imagination.

What is happening is a violent protest by the shia group and the government taking appropriate actions against violent protest.

And please we already have a lot of religious sentiments don't add to it. You seem like a very enlightened person, please screw your reasoning resources towards popular knowledge and not sentiment.

so the media outlet shouldn't report bad news?
I'm sure he is not saying they should not report bad news... But haba it should not make front page na cos people really don't read articles attributed to headlines, they just read or listen to headlines and then conclude. Even educated nairalanders are culprit.
