Same thing happened to me - send them a strongly worded email asking why they're canceling an exam you already paid for. They'll reconfirm your date and k you a receipt. These people are still stuck in the 1980s and almost everything has to be manually confirmed. I also had a similar issue bro. I have been calling them since last week and they kept promising to work on it. Glory to God this morning,I called them and a lady named Yemi picked the cal. I explained the same story that you shared here to her, then she asked me some questions regarding my registration,my reference number, the date I paid and the name of the account owner. She hanged me on for one minute then she came back and told me that she has worked on it,and in about thirty minutes I got my payment confirmation sms. I am due to receive my test venue in less than 24hours. So my advice to you bro is to keep calling them till they work on it for you. Wishing all of us who are writing on the 23 March all the success that we need. We will all come back and testify after God has helped us ace it by his grace(Amen). |

I also had the same issue as well. I have called their customer service severally but one guy name Bamidele at their end kept promising me that I should not worry that the problem is not perculiar to me alone. He however assured me that the problem will be sorted out that I will get a confirmation and a place in the test centre in Akure. |

Moreover, with the way things are going in this country. I pray we don't experience another civil war again. Funny enough, these set of people asking for biafra dont know what they are asking for and they were not even born in 1967. Hmmmm!!!. May God see Nigeria through. I never believed Kanu could deceive you into not knowing that the plan is simply to kill Northerners who are few here and then Northerners will retaliate by killing Igbos who are in millions at there own land. It's all a plot by politicians using Kanu as a pawn.
5 Likes 3 Shares |

emsco: God bless you bro. I've just been watching the way everyone has been running their mouths here since. I know him so well. As a matter of fact,we both attended Unad and we grew up on the same street here in akure. While he was in geology,I was in mathematics. 1 Like |
Travel / Re: Why Does Nigeria Immigration Hire Contractors To Handle Visa Applications? by papatopiredo(m): 1:28pm On Jul 30, 2017 |
I recently secured a Nigerian visa and I was led to apply through one INNOVATE 1 SERVICES who ended up taking $20 as a processing fee after paying $160 visa fees. At the end of the day, I still paid another $30 processing fee to Nigeria embassy Washington. I'm not much worried about the fees but why establish and fund Nigeria immigration services when they can't take care of their business such as this? I've never heard or seen this practice done in other countries. I don't even want to talk about the shabby Nigeria visa with no passport photograph included, no visa interview, unlike other countries who grill intending travelers at interviews. Any immigration officer here to clarify these? It is simply because Nigeria have kolu obey. |
