Peter Obi’s greatest achievement in Anambra is that he brought sanity to the state.

Before Obi, Anambra was a playground for mafias and godfathers. But since Obi became governor, he defeated these mafias and ensured that Ndi Anambra have successively determined who becomes their governor by themselves.

That’s same thing Obi will do for Nigeria - restore sanity.

Our votes will start to count. Only those who the people vote will win elections and not those supported and appointed by stupid GAC.

Obi will ensure that Nigeria begins to run on merit and not based on political patronage.

Obi will ensure that characters like MC Oluomo and Tony Kabaka will never EVER be relevant in the Nigerian society.

The sacked chairman of Irewole Local Government, Osun State, Mr. Remi Abass, is dead.

OSUN DEFENDER learnt that Abass, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was shot dead by some hoodlums who invaded the local government secretariat in Ikire today.


Abass was among the chairmen who were reportedly returned by the Court of Appeal last week.

Oga park well. The last GDP figures in 2024 showed Anambra having a higher GDP and per capita income than Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti. The thing here is this if a state or country has a low GDP and high VAT or IGR, it clearly speaks to the people being crushed under high taxation.
