Penguin2: My young cousin sister just told me she got a visa to travel to Cairo and ‘work’ but I don’t trust this ‘work’ narrative.
The impression I have of these Arab cities ( Cairo, Dubai, etc) is that African girls are trafficked there to go and prostitute for their traffickers.
But people who have information about what happens in Cairo can tell me.
Do Nigerians genuinely work in Cairo or is my little cousin about to be a victim of traffickers? Some go there to work as a maid, not all of them do become a prostitute. |

Prince001: I understood ur point too but i said what i said earlier cos u said shes just accusing him wrongly which none of us know if thats true or not!!! I believe she's accusing him wrongly because why do she have to wait till she break the senate rule before she spill out the beans? Akpabio even begged her to relocate to her new seat, even the two other senators from kogi talked to her, she refused. Then the next day, she accused the senate president of sexually harassing her on a TV program |

Where's the evidence she has shown to prove she was sexually assaulted by Akpabio? Why do she have to wait till when she was about to be discipline by the house before she accused the senate president of sexually assaulting her? |

Enemyofpeace: The Cult have taken a decision, they will not allow anybody rubbish their Capon . The GOOD people of Nigeria know this is pure intimidation to shut her up.
. Senator Natasha Suspended By NASS! The ethics and public petitions recommended the following punishment for Senator Natasha, for standing up for her rights in the Senate.
Fellow compatriots, this is what happens when thieves, criminals and traitors are in charge of governance. What a shame for the so-called giant of Africa and the most populous black nation on earth!
1. Suspension for 6 months. 2. She must write a written apology before she resumes office. 3. Suspension takes effect from 6th March. 4. Her office must be locked for the duration of her suspension. 5. she must not come close to the NASS complex. 6. Her salaries, allowances and security details are suspended for the duration of her suspension. 7. She must be barred from presenting herself as a Senator for local and international media for the duration of her suspension. She was not suspended because she claimed she was sexually assaulted by Akpabio |

bigcasava1: overdo as how! Just because she's outspoken to defend her right and against injustice, if she were to be in a country that respects democracy she would have been celebrated, she's unlucky to find herself in this part of the world She was suspended because she refused to follow the house rules and how she was behaving like a market woman. Or have you forget why she was suspended? |

Politics › Re: Is It Fair To Give Igbo Children The Highest Cutoff Marks?? by Paraman: 9:25pm On Mar 06, 2025 |
nnamdi640: The existence of other schools does not justify an unfair admission system in Unity Schools. There's nothing wrong with the admission system. The admission system is serving a purpose and is doing fine. There are thousands of other schools in Nigeria who don't use this system students can choose from. Let the unitary schools keep on serving the only purpose they were created for. |
Politics › Re: Is It Fair To Give Igbo Children The Highest Cutoff Marks?? by Paraman: 9:23pm On Mar 06, 2025 |
Justnation: What kind of nonsense are you saying, just confusing yourself up and down.
The question is simple, why the disparity in cutoff mark when it relates to south East?.
A unity school should be equal opportunity for all, no quota system, no zoning of admissions. Admission should be open to all purely on merit.
Nigeria is funny I have answered the question in my post but you don't want to accept it. Unitary schools belong to the federal government, each state has a quota to fill up in each unitary schools. |
