HealthHow To Take Care Of The Penis by PaschalWooden(op): 4:31pm On Sep 16, 2016
Here's how to take care of your penis:
1. Shave. Most men view the shaving or waxing of pubic hair as unnecessary and feminine. Keeping your genital area smooth is not only erotic for most women, but also goes a long way in maintaining good hygiene in your nether regions and keeping them dry. The good news is that you can do it together as a couple as a form of fore play.
2. Check your weight. Being obese is a big blow to your manhood as it lowers the level of the hormone testosterone which is in charge of arousal in the body. The belly fat kills your manhood by clogging up arteries that lead blood to the penis to sustain an erection.
3. Wash your hands. You should get into the habit of washing your hands not only after going to the toilet but also before. Wash your hands always before you touch your penis, especially if you have been handling chemicals. Also, pay attention if you have been in contact with substances that can cause skin irritation like pepper.
4. Self-examine regularly. Just as women are advised to self-examine themselves for breast cancer, men should get in the habit of checking their genitals for any lumps and also for signs of STDs.
Examine also your semen to note any changes in appearance or the presence of blood.
5. Avoid injuries. To serve you better, your penis will require tender loving care. Avoid situations that might lead to penile trauma. This could be rough sex or masturbation without lubrication. Also, make sure you do not wear underwear that is too tight. Going without underwear might also expose the penis to harmful friction.

HealthFew Things To Know About Zika Virus by PaschalWooden(op): 9:17am On Sep 04, 2016
With speculations that the mosquito that transmits zika virus is now in Nigeria, here are few things to know about this deadly virus:
1. Zika virus is a mosquito-borne illness that is spread by the Aedes species of mosquito.
Unlike malaria-carrying mosquitos, this species is mostly active during the day and so barrier methods such as mosquito nets are ineffective. These mosquitos can survive in both indoor and outdoor environments.
2. Symptoms of Zika virus infection ( which include: fever,Rash, Joint pain,Conjunctivitis, muscle pain,Headache,Pain behind the eyes,
Vomiting )last for up to a week and majority of people infected with Zika virus do not display any symptom.
3.Zika infection can spread from a mother to a fetus during pregnancy.
4.At present, there is no treatment for the virus.
5. Zika virus can also be transmitted through sexual intercourse.
6. There's a potential link between Zika and birth defects such as microcephaly.
Zika virus is avoidable though, this we can do by:
* Not travelling to areas with Zika. If you must travel, talk to your doctor or other healthcare provider first and take steps to plan for travel.
* If your sex partner travels to an area with Zika, protect yourself from getting Zika during sex.
* If you live in an area with Zika, or if you or your sexual partner travel to an area with Zika, take steps to prevent mosquito bites and also take steps to prevent getting Zika through sex.

#stay safe.

Skin toning always come as a result of these; dehydration, over exposure to radiation and the likes.
I advice you make sure your child is always hydrated all time by taking enough fruits and regulates exposure to radiation and other heat energy. Then for cream, you can provide any tender cream for her(like pears or Johnson babies) and mild soup too.
thanks.

PoliticsBuhari, Ezekwesili, Adichie, Shekau Among Time’s 100 Most Influential Persons by PaschalWooden(op): 2:22am On Apr 18, 2015
President-elect Maj. Gen. Muhammadu
Buhari (retd.), has made the TIME’s list
of 100 most influential people in the
world.
Also included in the 2015 list are a
former Minister of Education and an
advocate of the
BringBackOurGirlsGroup, Mrs. Obiageli
Ezekwesili; award-winning novelist,
Chimamanda Adichie, and leader of the
Boko Haram terrorist group, Abubakar
Shekau.
The TIME 100 is an annual list of 100
most influential people in the world
whose works are changing the world,
regardless of the consequences of their
actions.
Described as “a new choice for
Nigeria,” TIME’s Africa Bureau Chief,
Aryn Baker, said Buhari made history in
March by becoming the first candidate
to oust a sitting Nigerian President
through the ballot box.
“Now he has to live up to voters’
expectations. From battling the Boko
Haram insurgency to tackling endemic
corruption, Buhari has many challenges
ahead. The greatest may be
overcoming his past as a military ruler,
who seized power in 1983.
“Already the born-again democrat is
demonstrating the inclusivity
necessary to lead a nation driven by
ethnic and religious tension. It’s a
promising start for a President-to-be,
who wants to leave a legacy to match
the historic conditions of his election,”
Baker noted.
Renowned Ugandan activist, Sister
Rosemary Nyirumbe, said of Ezekwesili,
“It has been a year, and the girls
(Chibok girls) haven’t been rescued,
but she has made a difference by
speaking about it. Not just speaking
but shouting. I know some people will
say she is too loudmouthed. The loud
mouth is needed. People hear it.”
Adichie was also described as a
“conjurer of character” by the deputy
Managing Director of TIME, Radhika
Jones.
“It’s the rare novelist, who in the space
of a year finds her words sampled by
Beyoncé, optioned by Lupita Nyong’o
and honoured with the National Book
Critics Circle Award for fiction,” she
said.
The last Nigerian to make the list is
Shekau. Described as the “scourge of
Africa” by Gen. Carter Ham(retd.), a
former Commander of US Africa
Command from 2011 to 2013.

CultureI Had Sex With Five Dogs, Boy, 18, Tells Police In Edo State. by PaschalWooden(op): 3:30pm On Apr 14, 2015
*Taboo …gods to be appeased —
Villagers*Suspects to be charged with
unnatural offence.

Benin-City Amid the fear of the Ebola virus in
the country, it was with disbelief that
residents of Iguosa community in Ovia
North East Local Government Council of Edo
State ran to an uncompleted building in the
area to see an 18-year-old boy, simply
identified as Ighodaro, making love to a dog
.Curiously, the dog was said to have
enjoyed the sex before the crowd stormed
the scene. Ighodaro was in JSS 2 before he
dropped out from school, due to the inability
of his poor parents to pay his school
fees. He learnt welding, but, while doing that,
he became a lover of dogs. He confessed to
Sunday Vanguard that he has slept with
different dogs five times until this last
episode. It was learnt that a member of the
community was passing by the
uncompleted building when he sighted the
boy making love to the dog and raised the
alarm that attracted the villagers. Mr George
Ogbonmwa, owner of the dog, expressed
shock at the incident, explaining that when
he saw the young man with the dog,he did
not know he had an ulterior motive. “I
thought he wanted to play with the dog only
for him to end up in an uncompleted
building where he had canal knowledge of
the dog. This is like another dream to me
because I have not seen this kind of thing in
my life before”. Following what the villagers
described as an abomination, the Odionwere
(head)of the community, Elder Clifford
Igiehon, was invited to the scene and
expressed shock over the incident which he
described as a taboo.He said,”We have
never seen this kind of thing before in this
community. This is an abominable act and
we don’t want the suspectto come and
corrupt other people here. What he
committed was a taboo. We will call the
parents to come and atone the gods but the
boy will go on his own, because we cannot
kill him.But we have killed the dog because
that is the first thing to do. And because we
don’t want this kind of taboo to happen
again, we decidedto hand the boy over to
the police. This kind of thing has never
happened before, the boy has to face the
music. The parents will perform traditional
rites, it is going to cost about a hundred
thousand Naira. The boy knows what he is
doing, he is not mad. We know him from the
beginning, he wasin school before he went
to learn welding; maybe the parents could
not pay his school fees. We were even
shocked he said he has had sex with dogs
five times; that will tell you he knows what
he is doing”.The community leaders further
used the opportunity to appeal to the police:
“Give us more policemen in our area
because a lot of evil things are happening
now. Like what the boy did is a taboo and
they must cleanse the land with the
appropriate sacrifice. We need the police to
be around us so that these evil happenings
will stop”.The suspect, who spoke to
Sunday Vanguard at the Edo State Police
Command Headquarters, Benin-City, said
he did not know what was wrong with him,
admitting thathe enjoyed sex with five dogs
while two bit him during the act. “I learnt
welding around Iheya. I don’t know when I
slept with the dog, I slept with dogs five
times. Some of the dogs bit me, I have been
bitten two times and each time I have a dog
bite my grand father will treatme”, he
said.Asked about the tactics he deployed to
attract the dogs, Ighodaro stated: “When I
call them, I will be rubbing their head,
petting them so thatthey will feel free with
me. I will be playing withthem and they will
follow me. They will bark at me some times,
and when I notice that it is serious I will
leave them. Any one that is friendly with me,
I take that one to an uncompleted building
and have sex”.The suspect who was asked
about his girl friend, said he broke up with
her last year and started making love to
dogs this year. His words: “ I had a
girlfriend last year but we are no longer
together. I started sleeping with dogs this
year around March. I don’t know what is
wrong with me.None of my relations knows
I sleep with dogs. In this particular case, the
dog is very familiar with me; so it was easy
to lure it away. While I was having sex with
the dog, one man saw me and ran to inform
the Odionwere. They now came to pick me
and they asked the police to go and check
me and see if I have any disease.I don’t
know what is wrong with me”.Edo State
Police Commissioner, Foluso Adebanjo, who
reacted to the incident, narrated: “It was the
people of that community that arrested the
boy and called the police. He was taken to
Owotubu Division before he was transferred
to the state Police Command Headquarters.
What he has done is classified under
Unnatural Offences, Section 214 Sub-
Section Two which says that any person
who has carnal knowledge of an animal is
guilty of a felony and he is liable for
imprisonment for 14 years if he is found
guilty. We are going to charge him to court.
You can see that the guy is not denying
anything.He made a confessional statement
that he hasbeen sleeping with dogs since
March and he has done it five times. I was
very worried because this is an unnatural
offence and it can bring problem to any
community. You can imagine a human being
sleeping with a dog what will that dog
produce in some months time; , you can see
it is a bizarre situation. The boy looks
normal unless if he has spiritual problem
because I can’t imagine some body
sleeping with a dog.He said he had a girl
friend before; you can imagine if he decides
to sleep with another woman what he will
give the woman and that is how they
spread diseases particularly now that we
have different diseases, It is really shocking
that we experience this type of issueevery
day in our country. I am very worried but
thank God that the community people have
killed that dog because they said what the
boy committed was a taboo”.

PoliticsAmbode Victory Speech Will Make You Proud by PaschalWooden(op): 10:15pm On Apr 13, 2015
Newly elected Governor of Lagos state,
Akinwunmi Ambode, has said he needs
PDP’s governorship candidate, Mr. Jimi
Agbaje, and others who contested against
him to join hands with his administration to
build the state.
The APC’s candidate at the just concluded
guber polls said this during his acceptance
speech at the party’s secretariat in Lagos
shortly after he was declared winner of the
governorship election.

Ambode had defeated Agbaje after securing
811,994 votes against
hiAgbaje’s 659,788 votes.
“To my main opponent, Mr. Jimi Agbaje of
the PDP, I thank you for a keen contest and
invite you, alongside other governorship
candidates, to join hands with me in moving
Lagos forward,” he said.
Ambode then made a promise to Lagosians
that his administration would build on the
legacy and achievements of his
predecessors, Gov. Babatunde Fashola and
Chief Bola Tinubu.
“I am humbled that you have placed your
trust and faith in me. “The love of this state
and our common belief in what we can
accomplish, our belief in what this state
already is, and in what it is destined to
become binds us together in a social and
moral contract of high purpose.
“I shall honour that contract with every fiber
of my being.
“This day I pledge to you that I shall devote
myself to bringing even greater prosperity,
growth and development to every inch of
this state.
“I also pledge that I shall build on legacy
and progress of my predecessors,” Ambode
said.
He then promised to not let the people down
and said he would make Lagosians proud.
“The people of Lagos have demonstrated
that Lagos is not about ethnicity or religion
but about a common desire to enthrone
good governance.
“Lagos under my watch will not
discriminate. It has not in the past, and will
not in the present; not even in the future,
there will be no political victimisation.
“By affirming your faith in the APC and in
me, you have, for the first time in 16 years,
married progressive governance at the
national level with progressive government
at the state level,” he said.
“The ramifications of this harmonious unity
are completely positive.
“This is a chance that we have worked
toward for many years.
“The joint infrastructural and employment
projects and collaboration between the
state and the federal will quicken the
improvement of our roads, schools, power
generation and the entire array of social
services.
“This new era of cooperation between the
state and federal government promises to
be a golden period for Lagos and for all
Lagosian to share equally therein,” he
said.

Below is the Ambode’s full acceptance
speech:
Fellow Lagosians, yesterday – election day
– history beckoned. Courage stood tall and
democracy blew its trumpet. You the people
– the electorate – marched to a victory only
you could achieve. You contested against
the old and ancient devices of money and
power that thwarted the sovereign will of
the people. You proved that the collective
voice remains the voice of Lagos.
The official announcement of INEC has
come. INEC has declared me the fourteenth
governor-elect of Lagos State. Only God
crowns kings, and we thank God today. I
may have won your vote, but it is you – the
people – who have won the election. And
therefore, I accept this victory on your
behalf.
I must congratulate INEC for a job well
done. I thank my oppositional candidate, Mr
Jimi Agbaje, who fought a tireless and
tough campaign against me. I urge him and
all his supporters to join hands with me to
move Lagos forward.
The people of Lagos have spoken with one
voice. They have chosen continuity over an
uncertain future. Not even threats from
opponents could stop you from the call of
destiny. Our victory at the polls has sealed
a pact with democracy and good
governance. And therefore, I shall devote
every fibre of my being to even greater
prosperity, growth and development to each
and every Lagosian.
I will bring the best of Lagos into my
governance. I shall make you proud and
glad that I should do the best for Lagos.
Lagos has a common desire to enthrone
good governance. Lagos – under my watch
– will not discriminate. There will be no
political victimisation.
History has been made this day. By
affirming your faith in APC and in me, for the
first time in sixty years, progressive state
government has been married with
progressive federal government – a victory
for progressive democracy. For the first
time, we have a state and federal
government who will work in one vision, one
mind and one accord.
I make it my mission to govern wisely, and
not rudely. Joint infrastructure and
employment programmes will help improve
roads, schools, electricity, and other social
services. And we will succeed because of
the cohesion between state and federal
government. Under my watch, Lagos will
enjoy optimal growth guaranteed through
enhanced policy harmony.
I thank Muhammudu Buhari, our president-
elect, for providing his stature and help in
this campaign. I look forward to working
with Mr Buhari to move Lagos and the
whole Nigeria forward.
I would also like to mention two people –
whom without – this campaign would not
have been possible. First: Governor
Babtunde Fashola, who has been a tireless,
selfless and inspiring campaigner. Second:
Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the greatest political
mind of our generation. Without his vision
and dedication to a higher political purpose,
this would not have been possible. He is the
foremost hero of
Nigerian Democracy.
[Thanks Lagos Chapter, campaign team
and family]
It is not possible to thank everyone who
made this campaign possible. So forgive me
for not mentioning everyone who assisted
me. But I would like to thank you all for your
continued support. We have turned our
distant dream into an imminent reality. We
had a campaign devoid of hatred. We
embraced a paradigm shift in our
democracy.
Even though INEC have declared my victory,
this is no time for boasting or gloating. I am
the Governor-elect for all Lagos. Today, we
celebrate democracy. Tomorrow, we get
back into work. You have voted for me, now
I shall work for you. I will expand the
process of development and growth in the
state. It will not be an easy task; it will
require creativity, wisdom and strength of
purpose. But together we can make Lagos
even greater.
Thank you! APC!
Ambode is continuing the legacy of Tinubu
and Fashola, who many Lagosians believe
have been great servants of Lagos state.

I Paschal Wooden write this with a great pain in my heart.
ASUU una case tire me.
You asked your employer for
better working conditions, he promised to do
something about it. You know many people are
watching him, waiting for him to fail so that they can
criticize him. Do you think he'll let that happen? He sat
with you guys for a long time to hear ur cries and discuss the way forward. Thats the height of humility
and respect. That action should have been
reciprocated with immediate suspension then the
talks will continue. You said u had to tell others what
he offered. He patiently waited. Unfortunately,
someone of great importance to your union died, you mourned him for seven days, and still delayed ur
so called NEC meeting for a few days, he still waited
patiently only for you to come back and indirectly call
him a liar and a fool. He had been pushed to the wall.
He's gonna fight back. Note that majority of your
union members voted for immediate suspension. You people made a grave mistake because the top
officials in your union didnt allow the the majority
have their way. It proves that there's something fishy
going on amongst you. If students are truly your
priority, why have you wasted so much time from the

between the Earth and the sun. When the
three line up just right, a portion or all of the
sun's light gets blocked by the moon's
shadow striking Earth at the same time.

NOTE: all solar eclipses can damage your eyes.
You should not look directly at the sun during
an eclipse without a telescope filter or
protective eyewear. (Sunglasses won't work).
FoodCholera Outbreak In Nigeria by PaschalWooden(op): 8:29pm On Oct 27, 2013
IMPORTANT INFO.!
I've heard series reports on Cholera outbreak in Lagos, Jos and many other Nigerian states.

I believe you all know about this killer/deadly disease 'Cholera' (an acute infection of the small intestine by the bacterium Vibrio cholera, which causes severe vomitting and diarrhoea, leading to dehydration. This disease is a food and water borne disease)

So, like I always say:
¤Stop the spread of diseases!
¤Please stay safe!
¤Avoid dirty environment!

¤Above all; ''Remember the washing-hand rules'' pls teach the younger ones too.
