Please watch the video again. The CO did not ordered that he should be disarmed. He said.. "Move him to the guardroom" and the erring soldier was shouting back at him.. "Who are you".. He even went in circles back to the CO.. It was a clear case of insubordination and mutiny because he attempted to fire the CO out of anger.
